Ahmadreza Radan threatened the protesters.
Ahmadreza Radan, the commander-in-chief of the national police, claimed during the introduction session of the new commander of the police in Sistan and Baluchestan that Qanbari had been temporarily appointed as the commander of the police in this province.
This is despite the fact that no report has been published about the temporary nature of Qanbari’s mission.
Radan also threatened that when it comes to security, we definitely do not compromise with anyone and we will not allow anyone to cross this red line of ours.
He claimed that the popular protests are hindering development.
Such a claim is made while, especially in the past months, the economic conditions of the country have worsened significantly, and for example, the depreciation of the national currency of Iran has accelerated.
