The United States is equipping Ukraine with long-range missiles.
With $29 billion in military aid, the United States is considered Ukraine’s most important ally. More packages are now on their way from the US to Ukraine, which are intended to double the range of the country’s missile arsenal.
The United States is planning to provide Ukraine with even more military assistance, including highly accurate and long-range missiles.
The spokesperson for the US Department of Defense, the Pentagon, has estimated the value of this new military aid at $22 billion, or approximately 2 billion euros. The range of these missiles, known as GLSDB or short-range ballistic missiles, is reported to be 150 kilometers.
This range is twice that of the missiles currently possessed by Ukraine. The new Kyiv missiles will be capable of attacking Russian targets that are located far from the front lines.
