Another student was killed, Ghazal Amiri, a first-year dental student at Shiraz University, was killed.

According to reliable sources, Ghazal Amiri, a first-year dental student at Shiraz University, was hit by batons during the protests on October 9th. Due to fear of arrest, she did not go to the hospital. The next morning, on October 10th, her condition worsened and she was transferred to the hospital by her dormitory mates. She passed away that same night.

It is said that her funeral ceremony is being closely monitored by security forces, and her family has been threatened to declare the cause of death as COVID-19.

The Student Guild Council channel does not independently confirm or deny the manner in which she was killed.
