The Chang Zheng-5 rocket, China’s most powerful rocket, carrying the Chang’e-6 rover, was launched around 5:30 pm on Friday from the Wenchang Space Center on Hainan Island, south of China
The rover is expected to land in the moon’s southern pole and the dark side of this planet, which is not visible from Earth, and return collected samples of soil and rocks on the moon’s surface back to Earth after a two-month mission
