Concerns about the torture and psychological abuse of Mahshid Zahedpasand

Relatives of one of the detained protesters on November 24th say that officials have told Mahshid Zahedpasand, 19 years old, that the bodies will be taken out of the Qarchak women’s prison.

They also say that it is likely that this female protester’s wrists were injured during the arrest, as others have witnessed her swollen hands.

As reported, Ms. Zahedpasand was arrested in the final days of the past month of Aban in Andisheh town on the outskirts of Tehran.

It is said that she has become ill due to the prison’s contamination, and despite conflicting statements from the court, the status of her cases is unclear.
