Conflict in the provincial bodybuilding elections

The defeated candidate in the East Azerbaijan bodybuilding federation elections accused the newly elected president of election engineering. The bodybuilding and fitness elections in East Azerbaijan were held last Friday in Tabriz, and in the end, Nabilpour was elected as the new president of the federation with the maximum votes. In a situation where the elections had gone to the second round, Nabilpour was elected as the new president of the East Azerbaijan bodybuilding federation with 21 votes against Saeed Ronaghi’s 8 votes.

However, after the end of the voting, Saeed Ronaghi, the defeated candidate in the elections and one of the bodybuilding champions in this province, went to Abdulmehdi Naseerzadeh, the president of the bodybuilding federation, and accused him of election engineering. While Naseerzadeh did not have a specific reaction to these accusations, one of the federation’s members protested Ronaghi for his behavior. Ronaghi threw objects at him and left the assembly after the altercation, using inappropriate language.
