The cooperation between the German parliamentary group and Iran is suspended

In response to the sanctions imposed by the Islamic Republic on three members of the German parliament, a new tension arises in Germany’s relations with the Islamic Republic, causing the cooperation between the German parliamentary group and Iran to be suspended.

According to Deutsche Welle, Katja Mast, the executive director of the Social Democratic Party faction in Germany, described the sanctions imposed by the Islamic Republic on the parliamentarians of this country as ridiculous and announced that the exchanges between the parliamentary group of the two countries will be suspended starting next week.
