The deputy commander of the Isfahan Corps says a Basij member was killed in the Semirom protests

Morteza Omoumehdi, the deputy commander of the Isfahan Corps, reported the death of a Basij member named Mohsen Rezaei during the protests yesterday in Semirom.

He mentioned that the Basij member was killed by gunfire and stated that yesterday a number of people illegally gathered in front of the Semirom governor’s office and several other locations in the city, where the police and security forces clashed with them in some instances to maintain security.
