Ehsan Bodaghi, Journalist, Recognized as a Street Mugger and Enemy of the State

Ehsan Bodaghi, the journalist, is recognized as a street mugger and enemy of the state.

The sarcastic tweet by journalist Ehsan Bodaghi in response to the issuance of the death sentence for the highway mugger of Niayesh and the Ministry of Culture’s decision to merge the libraries of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults into the public library system.

In a country where, instead of the perpetrators of multi-billion dollar corruption cases, a street mugger is recognized as an enemy of the state, it’s natural that instead of state banks with 81 trillion tomans and car manufacturers with 68 trillion tomans of accumulated losses, the libraries of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults are shut down under the pretext of being unprofitable.
