Emmanuel Macron does not have time to negotiate with Moscow

Emmanuel Macron is not available for negotiations with Moscow.

During the Munich Security Conference, the President of France spoke about neoliberalism and criticized Putin’s miscalculations in the attack on a neighboring country. He stated that Ukraine has been strengthened and the West must continue to support the people of this country in a reciprocal attack.

Emmanuel Macron emphasized that the coming months are crucial, and France is prepared for a prolonged war. He urged European countries to spend more on defending Ukraine.

The President of France condemned Putin’s approach to attacking a neighboring country, calling it a power that creates unbelievable disorder in international order and stability.

Macron stated that the time for dialogue with Russia has not come yet, as Moscow is intensifying its attacks on Ukraine. Russia has chosen and intensified the war, and has even committed war crimes and attacked non-military infrastructure. Now is not the time for dialogue.
