Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, stated on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City that Paris will provide unwavering support to Lebanon

According to the Anadolu Agency, Macron made these remarks on the eve of an important United Nations Security Council meeting discussing recent developments in Lebanon and the attacks and crimes of Israel against the Lebanese people. These attacks have so far resulted in about 600 injured and thousands wounded and displaced

The President of France, continuing his interview on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, emphasized the importance of this Security Council meeting and stated that the situation in Lebanon remains a significant concern for France
