Farzad Moazzami Goodarzi from the families of the November 2019 protesters was arrested.
The Association of Families of November 2019 Protesters reported that this morning, Farzad Moazzami Goodarzi from the families of the November 2019 protesters was detained in his home in Borujerd by security forces who raided his house and subjected him to physical assault.
According to the report, security forces confiscated personal belongings of Mr. Goodarzi and other family members, including mobile phones and some other personal items.
This is the third time in the past year and a half that Farzad Moazzami Goodarzi has been detained. Last year, on September 5, 2023, he was also detained by plainclothes forces while he was in Borujerd for his sister’s engagement ceremony. He was released after nearly a month.
Farzad Moazzami, the cousin of Reza Moazzami Goodarzi, is a 17-year-old teenager who was shot and killed by security forces during the November 26, 2019 protests in Shahriar.
