FBI is talking to Trump about intent in Pennsylvania
US federal police officials announced on Tuesday, August 8th, that former President Donald Trump has agreed to speak with the FBI about intent in the Pennsylvania election event. This conversation will be conducted as part of an interview with a witness.
FBI officials, by providing information on the latest status of the investigation into 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crouse, who shot towards Donald Trump, said that his motive for this action is still unclear. Nevertheless, they believe it was an isolated act and Crouse did not have any connection to a specific group.
According to the French news agency, Kevin Rouge of the FBI’s special agents said that the purpose of interviewing Trump is to get his perspective on his observations, and this is a standard process carried out for all victims.
