Javad Owji, the Minister of Oil, in response to Hossein Falahatpisheh’s statements about a billion-dollar discount to the Chinese on the sidelines of the Cabinet meeting, said that in no particular period, especially during the sanctions period, the amount of oil exports that has been recorded in this period was not recorded before.

More than $35 billion worth of oil exports and its derivatives were made in the past year. The claims about oil discounts are false and this issue is not true at all.
