The head of the Fashion and Clothing Working Group opposes hijab styles.
The head of the Fashion and Clothing Working Group stated that they oppose hijab styles and believe that in these circumstances, we should provide alternative models instead of just objecting without offering replacements. Advertising in the clothing sector is vital to complete the sales chain. He also mentioned the prestigious International Fashion and Clothing Festival of Fajr. He explained that although the Fajr Fashion and Clothing Festival was previously referred to as international, it was actually implemented nationally. Therefore, it was decided to distance ourselves from this approach from this year onwards and based on this, we thought about launching the prestigious Fashion Festival. This action was previously taken in the previous government. He mentioned another directive that was part of the duties of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the executive regulations, which had been neglected for about 15 years but was finally approved and announced in this government. However, we are just starting out, and from now on, we need to move towards implementing the approved decisions. We hope that the next government will also follow this executive approach; otherwise, the actions of the past three years will remain ineffective and incomplete.
