I left the houses that were repeatedly searched by Homayoun Ghanizadeh

I left the houses that Homayoun Ghaneizadeh had repeatedly searched.

Homayoun Ghaneizadeh, a critical director, has announced in his new Instagram post that he has moved out of his houses, which were occasionally subjected to searches.

In this post, Mr. Ghaneizadeh writes about the pressure caused by these searches and expresses sorrow over leaving behind houses full of memories.

On January 10, 2023, Homayoun Ghaneizadeh, a theater and film director in Iran, made statements on his Instagram in protest of the execution of protesters. He described it as silent shows of bullying and power, and called for it to be stopped.

In a part of the text, Mr. Ghaneizadeh addressed the government, stating that they should know that every street and every house and every alley has a Mohammad Hosseini and a Mohammad Mehdi Karami, who can no longer tolerate these hardships, even at the cost of execution. So, put an end to these silent shows of bullying, power, and strength.
