Iranian drones being built for the war in Ukraine in Russia

Iranian drones are being built for the war in Ukraine in Russia.

The Wall Street Journal, citing officials from a country aligned with the United States, reports that Moscow and Tehran are advancing plans to build a new factory in Russia that can produce at least 6,000 Iranian-designed drones for the war in Ukraine.

Previously, American officials had stated that Tehran had already provided hundreds of drones to Moscow for use in its war against Ukraine.

Ukrainian officials have also stated that the country has shot down 540 Iranian drones, including the Shahed-136 model, but these drones have also caused significant damage to various non-military areas of Ukraine.
