The Iranian national youth water polo team succeeded in defeating China.

The Iranian national youth water polo team advanced to the final by defeating China in the semi-finals of the Asian Junior Championships. The competition, hosted by the Philippines, saw Iran pass the powerhouse of Asian water polo with a score of 7-5.

Under the coaching of Ali Peyroozkhah, the Iranian youth reached the final without a defeat. They will face the winner of the match between Japan and Kazakhstan. Iran’s decisive victories, including 343-340 against Malaysia, passing Kazakhstan in penalties, and overcoming Singapore with a score of 19-8, were their results in the group stage.

Amirhossein Amiriyan, Arshia Abdollahifard, Amin Salheshoor, Amir Mohammad Esmaeili, Amirali Sayadian, Mahan Abolhasani, Amin Soheili, Matin Rouhbakhsh, Taha Samayi, Mehrab Golstanirad, Amin Sadeghiannejad, Farbod Barghi, Soheil Pargari, and Ali Abolghasemi are the players representing Iran in these competitions.
