Iranians are the second largest buyers of real estate in Turkey.

The amount of real estate sales to foreign nationals in Turkey during January and February saw a 48% decrease compared to the same period last year, reaching 3,907 units.

In February, Russians, Iranians, Iraqis, and Ukrainians respectively made the most real estate purchases in Turkey. Russians bought 395 houses, Iranians bought 200 houses, Iraqis bought 112 houses, and Ukrainians bought 105 houses.
