Israeli Hebrew Newspaper Yediot Denies Entry to EU Foreign Policy Chief

The Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that Israel did not allow the EU’s foreign policy chief to enter.

Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the EU’s foreign policy chief informed Israel’s ambassador to the EU that the Israeli foreign minister did not allow him to travel to Palestine.

The European Union has not yet reacted to the Israeli media reports on this matter.

Borrell, who is nearing the end of his mission as the EU’s foreign policy chief, arrived in Beirut today at the start of his trip to West Asian countries.

The EU’s foreign policy chief had previously announced that the union is seeking to sanction Ben-Gvir, Israel’s Minister of National Security, and Smotrich, Israel’s Minister of Finance.
