According to Kayhan, the main reason for the decrease in participation is not defiance or enmity towards the government, but rather dissatisfaction with economic and livelihood issues.
The newspaper wrote that people are dissatisfied with economic and livelihood issues, but they are also witnessing the continuous efforts of the thirteenth government. So, where is the problem? The main issue is the undesirable legacy that the government of ‘management and hope’ claims to have addressed, but the reformist government has left the reforms incomplete.
