Kermanshah's Friday Prayer Leader: We Should Not Be Lenient in Addressing Non-Hijab

The Friday prayer leader of Kermanshah said we should not relent in dealing with lack of hijab.

Habibollah Ghafoori stated that many teachings on modesty and hijab have not been aimed at quality and have been carried out superficially.

The Friday prayer leader of Kermanshah continued by saying that dealing with the manifestations of lack of hijab and the issue of vice requires planning and tireless activities, and serious actions must be taken in cooperation with the police.

He pointed out that people are complaining about the police’s negligence in dealing with businesses, as they do not take action against street vendors selling women’s clothes that are against social norms and do not collect them.

The representative of the Supreme Leader in Kermanshah province emphasized that to deal with manifestations of corruption and lack of hijab, one must work realistically and seriously, and in this regard, the police force should not be weakened.
