Last year's rice representative in Lahijan remains in warehouses, but imports are being done

The representative of Lahijan rice last year remains in warehouses, but imports are being carried out.

Farrokh Mikal, the representative of Lahijan and Siahkal in the parliament, stated that the needs and level of domestic production are being ignored in the imports in a way that last year’s rice is still left in the warehouses and imports are taking place. This has caused significant dissatisfaction among farmers.

I request officials to exclude factories and relevant organizations from suspicion of embezzlement in the current situation, so that they can receive a line of credit and pay farmers’ money.
