Lawyer of the family, Mehran Samak, former commander of the police in Anzali, was sentenced to retribution again in a military court

Former police commander Mehran Samak’s family lawyer was sentenced to retribution in a military court once again in Rasht.

Mehran Samak’s family lawyer told Shargh network that a court in Qazvin sentenced the former commander of the police force in Bandar Anzali to retribution on charges of intentional murder. Jafar Javanmardi was the main suspect in this case.

27-year-old Mehran Samak, who honked his horn in his car in celebrations after Iran’s national football team lost to the United States in the World Cup in Qatar, was shot and killed by a direct bullet.

Now, Majid Ahmadi, Mehran Samak’s family lawyer, says this is the third time a military court has issued a murder verdict and retribution punishment for the main suspect in the case as a specialized court.
