Leaders of Group of Seven Call for Restraint from All Sides in Condemning Iran Attack

Leaders of the G7 group called for restraint from all sides by condemning Iran’s attack.

Joe Biden, the President of the United States, hosted a virtual meeting of G7 member countries to coordinate a diplomatic response to Iran’s first direct attack on Israel.

By condemning this attack, the leaders of the G7 called for all parties to show restraint.

Charles Michel, the head of the European Council, stated that ending the Gaza crisis as soon as possible, especially through an immediate ceasefire, will bring about a change.

Earlier, the White House had announced that it did not want to see an escalation of the crisis in the Middle East. A US security spokesperson said it depends on Israel whether to respond to Iran’s attack or not.
