Martin Scorsese may come up with a new film in a few years.

Martin Scorsese, the famous Hollywood director, received a lifetime achievement Golden Bear honorary award for cinematic accomplishment at the seventy-fourth Berlin International Film Festival. The award ceremony, attended by renowned cinema stars, was held on the evening of Tuesday, February 20th. Scorsese jokingly said, ‘Maybe I’ll be back again in a few years for the award ceremony.’ The special award was presented to Scorsese by Wim Wenders, the famous German filmmaker, along with his wife, Sharon Stone, the renowned Hollywood actress. Also present at the ceremony were Fatih Akin, the Turkish-German filmmaker, Claudia Roth, the government cultural advisor of Germany, and Francesca Scorsese, who accompanied her father at the event.

This 81-year-old director has been nominated for 10 Oscars with his new film ‘Killers of the Flower Moon,’ which is based on a true story. The film narrates the serial murders of Native Americans in Oklahoma that occurred in the 1920s. Simultaneously with these murders, oil was discovered in Osage tribal lands.
