Molavi Abdulhamid criticizes the increase in prices in Iran

Molavi Abdulhamid criticized the increase in prices in Iran.

Molavi Abdulhamid Esmaeilzahi, the Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Zahedan, criticized the increase in prices and taxes in Iran during his Friday sermons this week. He asked the country’s officials to change their domestic and foreign policies based on national interests and pay attention to economic solutions.

Molavi Abdulhamid addressed the officials, saying that heavy costs should not be imposed on the people and that they should first think about their own nation.

The Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Zahedan stated that all segments of society, including workers, teachers, and employees, do not have the ability to afford the cost of living. He said that people are suffering from poverty and corruption in society, and officials should not cover budget deficits by increasing taxes from people’s pockets.

According to local media reports today, like previous weeks, after the end of Friday prayers, worshippers held silent marches.
