Nasrabadi took a 10-day leave

Hamid Jafari Nasrabadi, a teacher, writer, and football coach who was arrested at his workplace, Asoudegi School in the city of Kashan, on October 19, 2022, has been sent on a 10-day leave with bail.

This teacher, translator, football coach, and author of several sports-related books was sentenced by the Kashan Revolutionary Court after his arrest. He was charged with insulting the leadership and sentenced to 15 months and one day, and for propaganda against the regime, he received a 7-month and one-day prison sentence, along with a 2-year suspension from service and a 2-year travel ban.

This well-known teacher and recognized football coach, residing in the city of Kashan, was arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence agents with the cooperation of the security department of the city’s Department of Education at his workplace and was transferred to Yazdel Prison in Kashan and then to the Central Prison of Isfahan.
