An arrest warrant has been issued for Mohammad Javad Zarif

Ali Salehi, the prosecutor of Tehran, announced that Mohammad Javad Zarif is under investigation for insulting sacred beliefs and an arrest warrant has been issued for him.

According to the prosecutor of Tehran, due to Zarif’s residence outside of Iran, an order for his arrest has been sent to the relevant authorities.

Mohammad Javad Zarif, former national volleyball player, posted a story on the birthday of Hazrat Fatemeh, stating that the birthday of a woman who got married at the age of 9 and became a mother is a day of protest against child marriage, not a day for celebrating motherhood.
