Foolad Khuzestan Club has announced that they have agreed to the resignation request of Javad Nekounam, the head coach of the men’s football team.

The club has accused Mr. Nekounam of engaging in unprofessional behavior and making unreasonable demands, describing these as the reasons for his resignation.

The acceptance of Javad Nekounam’s resignation has taken place on the eve of the match between Foolad and Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia, and it has been announced that Hamid Rajabi, Mr. Nekounam’s assistant, will be responsible for leading the team.
