Reyhaneh Ansarinejad has been summoned to the Evin Security Court.
According to the report of the coordination committee for assisting the establishment of labor organizations, Reyhaneh Ansari, a labor activist, has been summoned to branch two of the Evin Prosecutor’s Office for her final defense.
The coordination committee has written that Reyhaneh Ansari has seven days from February 15th to appear at this branch.
On May 12th, 2022, Reyhaneh Ansarinejad was arrested at her home by security forces and then transferred to Evin Ward 209.
After 87 days of detention and solitary confinement, this labor activist was finally released on Sunday, August 15th, with a bail of one and a half billion tomans.
The charges against this labor activist include social subversion, conspiracy against the system, and propaganda against the system.
She is one of the dozens of labor activists who were arrested in the spring and summer of this year with the aim of creating legal cases against labor and trade unions by security institutions.
