The Russian-Iranian Business Council equips Moscow and Tehran with oil and gas extraction technology.

Denis Manturov, the head of the Russian-Iranian Business Council at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, announced that Moscow is equipping Tehran with oil and gas extraction technology in areas where extraction is difficult. Manturov said, ‘We are currently transferring technology to Iran for extraction in challenging areas where extraction is difficult. We are also benefiting from the technical and engineering services of Iranian companies in Russia.’
