Russian Communications Minister to Launch an Iranian Satellite into Space

The Russian Minister of Communications will send an Iranian satellite into space.

Iran’s Minister of Communications, Eisa Zarepour, told state media on Friday that while concerns in Washington about deepening security ties between Tehran and Moscow have intensified, the Russian launcher will send an Iranian satellite into space on Thursday.

He said that tomorrow, the Pars 1 imaging reconnaissance satellite, which is 100% Iranian, will be launched as the twelfth launch in the thirteenth government.

Iran’s Minister of Communications stated that the goal is to expand international interactions.
