Mr. Qomi wrote on his X account that the interim government has announced two important conditions for their participation in Doha. It is a good opportunity to find out how serious the proposition of finding a fair way for interaction, as stated in the meeting’s objectives, is. He did not elaborate on these conditions.

He added that if the path of the regional contact committee is taken into consideration, we will pursue a path of interaction with a stable Afghanistan.

The Iranian government actively supports the initiative of the regional contact committee, which calls for the main role of neighboring and regional countries in Afghan affairs.
