The Munich Security Conference started on Saturday, February 17th, with the remarks of Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine.

Mr. Zelensky called for speeding up efforts to help Ukraine and said, ‘We need to hurry. We need to increase the speed in agreements and equipment delivery to counter Russia.’

The President of Ukraine, who participated in the session via video call, added, ‘The issue is not just about Ukraine winning. The issue is about the world winning, and there is no substitute other than Ukraine’s victory in this war.’
