Statement of Qom Seminary Scholars Supporting the Implementation of the Plan to Combat Unveiling

Religious scholars of Qom seminary support the implementation of the plan to deal with immodesty.

The news agency of the seminary published a statement by over 1000 religious scholars of Qom seminary in support of the ‘Noor’ plan and released their names.

In part of this statement, it is mentioned that the association of professors from higher levels and abroad of Qom seminary, while appreciating the honorable Ministry of the country and the command of the law enforcement of the Islamic Republic of Iran in implementing the ‘Noor’ plan for chastity and hijab and dealing decisively with the exposure of hijab and moral insecurity in society, supports the executors of this plan and prays that, with better understanding, they will harmoniously act in implementing the relevant laws comprehensively and continuously, in line with the recognition of the main axes of the combined enemy’s warfare and the deployment of integrated programs to confront sedition, so that they will execute the law far from any personal bias.
