Stefan Krach took on the political sponsorship of Mohammad Faramarzi

Stefan Krach, an official from the Hanover region of Germany and a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany, has officially taken on the political sponsorship of Mohammad Faramarzi, an imprisoned Iranian Kurd.

In late July 2022, Mohammad Faramarzi was arrested in Urmia along with three of his friends named Pejman Fatehi, Mohsen Mazloom, and Vafa Azarbar. More than five months have passed, and there is still no information about their fate.

Mr. Krach has announced in an official letter that he will work to help clarify the situation of Mohammad Faramarzi.
