The temporary ceasefire between Israel has been delayed until Friday

The establishment of a temporary ceasefire in Israel has been delayed until Friday.

The war in the Gaza Strip continued on Friday, the second of Azar, due to the delay in the exchange of Israeli hostages with Palestinian prisoners. The Ministry of Health in Gaza, which is under the control of Hamas, announced that it has suspended the evacuation of hospitals in protest of the detention of the director of Shifa Hospital.

The Israeli government announced that the establishment of a temporary ceasefire has been delayed until at least Friday. The Qatari Foreign Ministry, which is the main mediator in the talks between the two sides, said that the ceasefire will be established on Friday morning.

The military wing of Hamas, the Al-Qassam Brigades, also confirmed in statements that the ceasefire will be implemented from 7 a.m. on Friday.

According to the agreement between Hamas and Israel, during the temporary and four-day ceasefire, around 50 Israeli hostages held in Gaza will be exchanged for 150 Palestinian prisoners, and a significant amount of humanitarian aid will be delivered to the Gaza Strip.
