Officials usually overlook mistakes in order to maintain unity.
Abbasali Kadkhodaei, in response to the question as to why Article 27 of the Constitution has not been implemented so far, said that the problem we have is that almost all protests in the country are taking place. When you go to the parliament, there are groups in front of the parliament and the judiciary. During elections, there are groups in front of the Guardian Council. In practice, these protests are taking place and people can express their protests, and no one prevents them from doing so. However, the issue is that these protests become lawful, and we can formulate these responsibilities within a legal framework and present them to the people. In my opinion, this is a shortcoming that we should think about from now on. The action taken by the Guardian Council Research Institute was to bring this issue to the attention of the officials. Dear gentlemen and respected officials, there is such a defect, and God willing, we are ready to help solve this issue.
