The Story of Banned Entry for Sharif University Students

Sharif University of Technology, in an effort to prevent the entry of banned students, caused long lines outside its entrance doors by checking student ID cards.

Mohammadreza Ziaei, a key member of the Basij Student Organization at Sharif University of Technology, confirmed this incident in an interview with Rokna, saying:

The university’s security uses an app that scans the QR code on student ID cards to prevent the entry of banned students.

This measure has been implemented by order of the university’s disciplinary committee, and some students are barred from attending classes for up to a month.

Such an issue will not arise, and students can attend classes after this period has passed.
