The Taliban’s foreign minister is pleased with good relations with neighboring countries.
Amir Khan Mutaqi, the Taliban’s foreign minister, says that they are happy with good relations with neighboring countries, and the Taliban government’s policy is to become the center of cooperation and connection among regional countries. Mr. Mutaqi states that we have practically proven to the regional countries that Afghanistan is no longer at the expense of anyone and no one is allowed to act to the detriment of others here.
Mr. Mutaqi spoke on Friday at a ceremony commemorating Vahid Mojdeh, a political analyst and former official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the first Taliban government. He said, ‘We are pleased to have good relations with neighboring countries in the political sector. You can see that Shir Khan, Turgundi Islam Qala, and Abunasr Farabi ports are open in the afternoon with Iran, and Torghundi and Spin Boldak with Pakistan.’
He added that we have diplomatic relations with all regional countries. Our new diplomats have been sent to Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Qatar.
The Taliban’s foreign minister said that we are striving for Afghanistan to become the center of economic cooperation and connection in the region.
