The US boycotted the G20 meeting in Elon Musk’s birthplace
Marco Rubio, the United States Secretary of State, said on Wednesday that he would not participate in the G20 talks this month in South Africa, accusing the host government of setting an anti-American agenda.
Rubio’s decision follows criticism from Donald Trump, the President of the United States, of South Africa for implementing land reforms aimed at addressing injustices committed during the apartheid era.
