The White House has had no contact with Iran since the attack

The White House has had no contact with Iran since the attack.

John Kirby, spokesman for the White House National Security Council, says there has been no communication or exchanges between the US and Iran prior to the start of these attacks.

Mr. Kirby told reporters on Friday night that this is only the first stage of our response.

He stated in a teleconference with reporters that the US has had no contact with Iran since the attack on Base 22.

John Kirby claimed that the targets attacked by the US today were chosen in a way to avoid harming civilians, and these targets were selected based on undeniable evidence of their involvement in attacks against US forces in the region.

The denial of any forewarning of the US attacks on Iran is being made by the spokesman for the White House National Security Council, while Tehran had informed Washington hours before of a similar attack that Iran carried out against a US military base in Iraq in 2020.
