Three more death sentences were issued in Isfahan

According to the issued verdicts, Saleh Mirhashemi Baltaghi, son of Seyyed Kazem, the first defendant in the case, was sentenced to death for the charge of waging war by carrying a handgun and leading a criminal group with the intention of destabilizing the security of the country and society, and was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for the charge of membership and collaboration with the Mujahideen group.

Majid Kazemi Sheikh Shabani, son of Mohammad Reza, the second defendant in the case, was sentenced to death for the charge of waging war by carrying a Kalashnikov rifle, and was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for the charges of membership in illegal organizations and groups with the intention of destabilizing the security of the country and society, and collaboration resulting in crimes against national security.

Saeed Ya’qoubi Kurdsefli, son of Karim Ali, the third defendant in the case, was sentenced to death for the charge of waging war by carrying a firearm and using a handgun, and was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for the charges of membership in illegal organizations and groups with the intention of destabilizing the security of the country and society, and collaboration resulting in crimes against national security.
