Tightening Restrictions on the House Arrest of Mir Hossein Mousavi

Intensification of restrictions on the house arrest of Mir Hossein Mousavi

The Telegram channel ‘Kaleme’ has reported in a brief news update from sources close to Mir Hossein Mousavi, Iran’s former prime minister, about the increased restrictions imposed on him and his wife, Zahra Rahnavard, in their house arrest.

According to the news channel, these restrictions have been suddenly implemented starting from Monday afternoon.

Kaleme has not provided further details about these restrictions, which have been imposed in the thirteenth year of their house arrest, but it has attributed the reason to the recent positions taken by Mr. Mousavi and Ms. Rahnavard regarding the protests.
