Trump was God's work that I am alive

Trump was God’s work that I am alive.

Donald Trump, in an interview with the New York Post on Monday, recounted his harrowing experience of being the target of an assassination attempt during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania, saying he was supposed to be dead by now.

The former US president, in this interview taking place on his private plane en route to Milwaukee to attend the Republican National Convention, described his surreal experience, saying he was in a situation that had almost ended his life so far.

Trump, with a large, white bandage covering his right ear, said the hospital doctor had never seen anything like it and called it a miracle.

Trump’s entourage insisted that no photos of him be taken in this interview.
