Ukraine’s attack on North Korean weapons depot in Russia

Russian officials reported on Wednesday, October 9th (18th of Mehr) about the explosion of several objects in an area in Bryansk province and declared a state of emergency in this province. Ukraine claims it targeted a weapons depot in this area.

The Ukrainian military announced that it attacked an ammunition depot containing artillery shells and missiles, including weapons that had been delivered from North Korea, as well as guided aerial bombs. Russia and North Korea have denied any transfer of weapons between the two countries but have promised to strengthen their military relations.
