The US Department of State accuses five units of the Israeli army of gross human rights violations.
The US Department of State says that five units of the Israeli army have committed gross human rights violations in isolated incidents, but they will still receive support from the US military.
All the incidents referred to by the US occurred before the current war outside of Gaza.
The US Department of State states that the Israeli government has taken disciplinary action against four units and provided additional information regarding the fifth unit.
This means that all these units are still eligible for assistance from the US.
This is the first time that units of the Israeli army have been accused by the US of human rights violations.
