In our country, we have only had one female minister, Ansieh Khazaali.
As the Deputy for Women and Family Affairs of the President, I used to propose management positions to women at Al-Zahra University, but they would not accept because sometimes it required working late hours, which would harm their families. Naturally, we need to redefine jobs in a way that women can utilize their abilities and still take care of their families. We are considering creating job opportunities for women in various ministries, proposing deputy positions and management roles within the ministries. The President himself appointed individuals to high councils, which deserves recognition. It is the first time that the President emphasizes the presence of women in high councils and appointed knowledgeable women. We hope this will expand further.
