Zahra Elhayan considers the European Union sanctions to be an honor for herself

Zahra Elahian considers the European Union’s sanctions as an honor for herself.

Zahra Elahian, in a conversation with the political reporter of Maniban in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, responded to the recent sanctions by the European Union, especially the sanctions imposed on her. She stated that these blind and fruitless sanctions seem to be a result of frustration for countries that have a sense of enmity towards the thinking of the Islamic Revolution and the Islamic Republic. These countries have resorted to sanctions because they have failed to achieve success in their own path. She added that in the past few months, during the recent riots, their major plan reached a deadlock, and they realized that they faced a major defeat due to the presence and vigilance of the intelligent Iranian people. As a result, they resorted to blind actions such as sanctioning individuals and legal entities.
